Crew Lead I

RPCS is currently hiring for a Crew Lead I. Our ideal Crew Lead I should have a minimum of 12-18 months in solar, construction, landscaping, or other related work experience. The Crew Lead I must possess a strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to read, understand, and follow direction. Must be proficient with hand and power tools.  Ability to effectively lead 2-3 other crew members without close supervision. You will clearly demonstrate your ability to complete daily tasks that are repetitive in nature and require strong attention to detail with very little supervision.

Distribution Warehouse Associate

RPCS is currently hiring for a Distribution Warehouse Associate for its Mississippi warehouse. The Distribution Warehouse Associate will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and other shipping methods, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
